Creator Agreement

Parties: You (the "Creator") and Revolution Unlocked

Everything below describes the relationship once you are onboarded as a Creator on the Platform — it does not describe or apply to your current founding-creator intake submission. Your submission today is governed instead by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, DMCA/Copyright Policy, and Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines, until you accept this Agreement at onboarding.

By accepting, you agree:

1. You own your work

You own or control the master recording rights (and any necessary rights) to the content you upload, and any samples are cleared or royalty-free. You remain the sole owner of your masters — we never take ownership.

2. Non-exclusive licence

You grant Revolution Unlocked a non-exclusive, revocable licence to host, encode, stream, display, and promote your uploaded content and profile on the Platform, worldwide, for as long as you keep it on the Platform. You keep all existing distribution and streaming relationships. Nothing here is exclusive.

3. Your real audio

The Platform hosts and streams your actual audio files (no third-party embeds). You are responsible for delivering files you are authorized to distribute, meeting the audio spec (see Delivery Spec).

4. Revenue & payouts

For a revenue service that is activated, you receive the creator share and payout treatment stated in the then-current published fee schedule. A planned category, commerce feature, displayed earnings/readiness state or financial-model assumption does not create a payment obligation before that service and its payout process are activated. Automated disbursement, tax collection and payment-provider onboarding apply only when expressly made available under the payout terms.

5. Transparency

You will be able to see day-to-day activity on your own content. Platform-wide fairness metrics are published in aggregate and never identify individual listeners.

While we build and test creator-facing features, we may look at how you use them — which tools you open, where you get stuck, which beta features you try — so we can build better features for creators. This covers how a feature is used, never the content you upload through it. Your content stays governed by Section 1 (you own your work) and the AI Training & Usage Disclosure's no-training-without-opt-in commitment. 6. Charity

Revolution Unlocked commits 10% of audited annual net profit to charity, from the first profitable year (see Charity commitment). Until the Sofia Legacy Foundation is operational, the allocation goes to a selected registered charity. You may suggest causes.

7. Content standards & rights

You will not upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates law. We may apply quality checks, rights gates, and moderation, and may restrict or remove content that violates these terms or valid takedown requests.

8. Removal & termination

You may remove your content at any time; the licence for removed content ends, subject to reasonable caching/propagation. We may suspend or remove content or accounts for violations.

9. Warranties & indemnity

You warrant you have the rights granted here and will indemnify Revolution Unlocked against claims arising from your content or breach of this Agreement. Full indemnity scope will be finalized before the platform opens for user invites and creator access.

10. Beta

During beta, features and terms may evolve. Music is the current launch category; future categories and commerce tools are not promised by this Agreement. We will notify material changes where required.

11. Acceptance

Clicking "I agree" at onboarding/first login constitutes acceptance and creates a binding agreement, incorporating the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
