Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-08-27 Operator: Revolution Unlocked ("we," "us"). Full operating-entity and ownership details will be published once the platform is ready for user invites and creator access, following legal review.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using revolutionunlocked.com and related services (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms. During beta, access is provided to invited creators, listeners, operators, and investors evaluating the Platform. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Today, public access is limited to a submission-only intake for prospective founding creators (the landing page, /founding, and /upload). The account, streaming, payment, and creator-dashboard provisions described below describe functionality that applies once those features are activated for you — see §17.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Creator features require completing onboarding and accepting the Creator Agreement.

3. Creator content & rights

Creators may upload only content they own or have the right to administer. By uploading, you attest that: (a) you own or control the master recording rights; (b) any samples are cleared or royalty-free; (c) you grant Revolution Unlocked a non-exclusive licence to host, stream, and display your content on the Platform; and (d) you retain full ownership of your masters. Rights attestations, quality checks, and publishing gates may restrict catalogue availability. Full creator terms are in the Creator Agreement, which governs in case of conflict on creator-specific matters.

Where you submit content through our founding-creator intake before any Creator Agreement is in place, §4 applies to that submission.

4. Submission accuracy & indemnification

When you submit material to us — including through the founding-creator intake before you hold an account — you represent that the information you provide (about yourself, your rights, and your content) is true and accurate. You agree to indemnify and hold Revolution Unlocked harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these representations, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

5. Ownership & licence to creators' fans/listeners

Listeners receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream content for personal, non-commercial use. No download, redistribution, or circumvention of access controls is permitted.

6. Payments, payouts & fees

Paid plans, where made available, are presented at checkout with the then-current price, currency, billing interval, tax treatment, cancellation and refund terms. A displayed tier, future price, readiness state or product roadmap does not by itself make billing or automated creator disbursement available. Creator payouts and platform commissions, when activated, are governed by the then-current published fee schedule and Creator Agreement. Material price or terms changes are notified in advance where required.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines, which set out prohibited conduct in full and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations may result in account or catalogue restrictions or termination.

8. AI features (SIREN)

The Platform includes an AI companion (SIREN) that provides contextual, explanatory responses. SIREN output is informational, may be imperfect, and does not constitute professional advice. SIREN does not write to core records or make business decisions on your behalf. We do not use unselected founding-creator submissions to train AI or machine-learning models — see the Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines.

9. Intellectual property (Platform)

The Platform software, design, and trademarks are proprietary to Revolution Unlocked. These Terms grant no rights to our IP except the limited right to use the Platform as intended. Full ownership and licensing-entity details will be published once the platform is ready for user invites and creator access.

10. Beta disclaimer

Beta functionality can change as the product hardens. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revolution Unlocked is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. A specific liability cap will be finalized before the platform opens for user invites and creator access.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate as provided herein. Non-exclusive creator licences terminate on content removal, subject to reasonable propagation/caching periods.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Complete venue and dispute-resolution details will be finalized before the platform opens for user invites and creator access.

14. General provisions

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the documents they incorporate by reference, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform, and supersede any prior agreements on this subject. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not assign them without our consent. Feedback you give us about the Platform is not confidential and we may use it without any obligation to you.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

17. Service status

Music is the current launch category. Other categories, marketplace/auction functionality, livestreaming, automated payouts and other future services are available only when expressly activated and presented in the Platform. These Terms do not promise planned functionality.
